• Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours after booking 
• After the 48-hour period has passed, all bookings are non-refundable 

Important Information

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the original booking time 
• No refunds will be issued for: 
  • Missed departures 
  • Change of mind after 48 hours 
  • Failure to attend 
  • Late cancellations 

Event Changes

If an event is cancelled or postponed, O’Haire Concert Coaches will provide updates regarding transfer arrangements, rescheduled services, or refund options where applicable.
